Storage Options
We have four different Self Storage locations in Watertown, Tennessee with a total of 326 units in different sizes to suit your storage needs. Units are available in 5'x10', 10'x10', 10'x15', 10'x20' and 10'x30'. There are no climate controlled units.
Uncovered Parking Spaces 10'x20' are available at Linwood for storing RVs, Travel Trailers, Boats and/or Trailers, Cars and Trucks.
Our convenient facilities are open 24/7 and all locations are surrounded by a security fence requiring a gate code for entry. Customers provide their own storage space locks and we do not require duplicate keys.

Storage Tips
Make packing for storage easier on yourself by planning ahead. Start by listing all the items you're going to store and their approximate sizes.
Gather plenty of sturdy, corrugated cartons, packing paper, bubble wrap, sealing tape and markers to label each box.
Avoid storing items in plastic bags as they are less sturdy and could trap moisture.
Clean items like clothing, blankets, drapery or furniture before packing them to prevent germs and dirt from being transported to a new location and odors from spreading throughout your storage unit.
Cover furniture with sheets or tarps to protect them from stains, tears and scratches.
Fill each box completely to prevent the top or sides from crushing. If your box is filled with odd-shaped or loose items like glassware or toys, fill the open spaces with crumpled paper, bubble wrap or other packing material.
